Advice收购Telkoor电源业务

成立于1979年的Telkoor电源，被以色列的另一家电源公司Advice全资收购，成交金额未被透露。交易实际已于2016年**季度完成，Telkoor电源原团队也已完整搬迁至Advice总部大楼，包括研发、生产、品质、以及业务团队。

此次收购不仅包括Telkoor电源产品、设计和知识产权、人员，还包括Telkoor品牌等。因此，这项交易不影响佳舍珀电子在中国的代理授权，相关文件更新已在进行中。

也因为Telkoor电源品牌被同时收购，因此，Advice并未设置时间表对目前在售的电源产品进行换标，未来将维持双品牌运行。
